This is my token post this week girls, as we're in the throes of moving. There are boxes everywhere and each day we have to decipher another Princess phrase when she asks where something else has gone.
The most noticable thing so far appears to have been the bookshelf. Auntie C and Uncle P came to pick it up last weekend. For the rest of the day, poor Thor (who was a bit grumpy, it must be said) looked at the bookshelf spot and cried. This is despite the fact that his books were all still piled on the floor in the exact same spot. I don't think the poor guy quite made the connection. And when Princess came home it's the first thing she noticed.
Princess and Thor have been helpful, though. As each thing moves out of it's place, they love to help vacuum the empty spaces. If we can just keep them from unloading our partially loaded boxes it will all be good!

Good luck with the move! Are you just moving to a different house or moving cities/countries?
All of the above. We're going overseas to visit family, then we're coming back and moving cities. This is a get rid of almost everything move 'cause we're starting training for a major overseas move.
Wow, how exciting! I really hope it all goes well, and that the kids aren't too unsettled.
