Today is house cleaning day. But first, some time at the computer. Cutie is watching Playschool while Percy takes a much-needed nap after waking the household at 5:30am. Hmmph. He's a cute little guy. He is eating phenomonal amounts of food these days. He is also revisiting some of his earlier "baby" talents like blowing raspberries at us. Yesterday he had a very challenging morning complicated by an interrupted nap. We wondered if there was any point in taking him to church as we figured we'd be outside with him most of the time. BUT there was an immediate transformation as we walked out of the house and he became our social, flirty boy. He spent the entire service clinging to the back of the pew flirting with the ladies in the rows behind him. If we'd known he just wanted to go out, we would have sent him to the early service, too!
Cutie is a good helper around the house. She likes to put the laundry in the washing machine and loves seeing it fall out of the laundry shoot. She also likes to help me cook. Her newest skill is to walk all over the house says "what's that?" and pointing to EVERYTHING! We haven't reached the "why?" stage yet either.
Cutie wants to say "happy birthday". It's not her birthday, but every time we go to a birthday party for anyone, it seems to make an impression. So there are words straight from the little lady herself.
